Architectural Review

Approval of Structural Design. The ARC shall have the sole right, authority and complete discretion to approve or disapprove the plans and specifications for any reason, including, but not limited to, exterior colors and appearance, landscaping, location of the structure or structures and aesthetics. The Panther Creek of Durham Architectural Review Committee shall be comprised of three members appointed by the Board.

Audit Committee

A special committee of three (3) members of the Association who shall be appointed annually by the president and shall not be an officer or director of the Association while serving on the committee. This committee is responsible for performing an annual audit and report.

Nominating Committee

Nomination for election to the Board of Directors shall be made by a Nominating Committee.The Nominating Committee shall consist of a Chairman, who shall be a member of the Board of Directors, and two or more members of the Owner's Association. The Nominating Committee shall be appointed by the Board of Directors prior to each annual meeting of members, to serve from the close of such annual meeting until the close of the next annual meeting and such appointment shall be announced at each annual meeting.

The Nominating Committee shall make as many nominations for election to the Board of Directors as it shall in its discretion determine, but not less than the number of vacancies that are to be filled. Such nominations may be made from among members only.
